Lord Montagu - The Sunday Times

Lord Montagu of Beaulieu (20 October 1926 - 31 August 2015) was a British aristocrat and Conservative politician. Upon inheriting the 7000-acre Beaulieu estate at 25 years of age, he promptly realised that he had to make it pay. He decided to open the house to visitors and hit upon the idea of displaying his late father's vintage car. With the cooperation of other car manufacturers, he became the founder of the National Motor Museum.
